Return window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Please keep your proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Returns are handled automatically through our Shiprocket integration. Once your request is approved, pickup and return shipping are arranged for you.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free — we cover the cost. Pickup is managed by Shiprocket.
Exchanges
Want a different item? Start a return, and once it's approved you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved returns are credited as store credit equal to your order value. We don't offer cash refunds, but your credit can be applied to any future order and never expires.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods. Reach out if you're unsure about a specific item.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
