By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Website, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL CAPACITY

1.2 By using this Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws of India.

2. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATIONS

2.1 Monde sells artificial anti-tarnish jewelry. All products are non-precious, fashion jewelry, and not real gold, silver, diamonds, or gemstones unless explicitly stated.

2.2 Product images are for representational purposes only. Minor variations in color, finish, size, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, or manufacturing batches and do not constitute defects.

2.3 No claim shall arise from subjective dissatisfaction, styling preference, or expectation mismatch.

3. ACCOUNT & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and communication.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted under your account.

3.3 Monde shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

4.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Monde reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrect listings.

4.4 Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

5.1 Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Monde reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

5.2 Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Incomplete or unverifiable information

  • Payment failures

  • Inventory issues

5.3 Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping, dispatch, delivery timelines, and liabilities are governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6.2 Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery as per courier records.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DISPUTES

7.1 Returns and refunds are governed strictly by Monde’s Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

7.2 Claims without mandatory proof (including unboxing video where required) shall be deemed invalid.

7.3 Chargebacks initiated without contacting customer support may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Order blacklisting

  • Legal recovery proceedings

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & MISUSE

Users shall not:

  • Make false delivery, damage, or non-receipt claims

  • Attempt refund fraud or chargeback abuse

  • Provide misleading information

  • Tamper with packaging to fabricate claims

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
